I had a call from someone who said he was from the club who told me that the season was over no promotion or relegation. He said it was a courtesy call, they were phoning all senior season ticket holders enquiring about their wellbeing.

This seems to be the most likely scenario, albeit I totally disagree with it

Couldn't give a fook about Barrow, genuinely think we would have gone down and deservedly so

If the season is voided then it’s a huge amount of wasted time, worry and super huge amounts of money! Never thought I’d be glad to hear that the season is over in March without a promotion mind you!

If it was deservedly so, we'd be sitting in the relegation zone now. It's been a disaster of a season but as it stands, there are worse placed teams in the relegation positions.

I would actually feel sorry for Barrow, 4 points clear with 9 games left for it all to be null and void would be gutting. Kind of glad we're nowhere near the top, doesn't make any difference to us what they decide we'll still be in this league. Not a chance any more games getting played in this league.

The government has asked Spencer to advise other clubs on keeping players safe since we had no trouble keeping our strikers isolated all season...

Totally agree. Imagine if we were in Barrow’s position. They’re on the edge of a return to the FL after an absence of nearly fifty years. It would be sickening.

I know there are much bigger, graver things happening right now than football of course. Absolutely. Country in crisis.

But all the same, a real sickener for anyone in a promotion position on the footy.
