A good keeper -- most of the time -- but Gaskell was more reliable and hard as nails.

Yeah agree.
Do you remember the "double kick" he used to have when kicking the ball from his hands?. He used to do it if the CF came to close. Don't know how he got away with it. It was hilarious though!.

He was in the Man Utd team for a while. I remember him in his vivid green top and cap to keep the sun out of his eyes. Can't remember him wearing gloves!
