Why are we training at The Rock and Carden Park if 2 pitches is suitable? Some weeks I'd guess the players would be lucky to be on a pitch somewhere once a week with bad weather.

there may be one or two new faces but essentially nothing is going to change, well not for the better anyway the sad demise of a once well respected football club

Um as the new training ground isnt sorted yet? Did we train at the Rock pre plastic pitch games or just when the weather was bad?

Thats enough to vote through any resolution so go to it. If you could have some Resolutions that detailed a plan rather than scorched earth policy then sure at the moment you would get traction.

My view is take the football responsibility away from those with no background in the game. Its so obvious thats where we are falling foul.

We still have 9 acre and yes it was when the weather was bad, iit's been ongoing for years now. As you can see Groves isn't up to scratch as neither pitch will be plastic.

Assume we keep 9 acre till new facility ready. The kids train at Colliers and again with no great knowledge, pros train on grass unless they cannot due to weather etc.

The board appear to be doing the right thing here re training facilities and a permanent base.

The FAW have a bit of a cash flow issue, if it persists they could sell colliers to whoever they like. Nothing to say the CoE remains there and back to training on pitches around Wrexham which like colliers has additional costs. If it's brought back in house those costs reduce.

They also train on the grass pitches at Carden Park if 9 acre starts to cut up or is need of a rest, it's all money down the drain.

Doing the right thing is finding a site for scope to expand for the future, otherwise Groves is money down the drain. Then again we've had rumours for years about being happy as non league. The mentality is there is nothing else.
