I have no doubt that they have made mistakes ( every business does ) but I would hazard a guess that those are entirely honest mistakes with the interests of the club at heart .

I can understand the fans frustration but we all need to be careful that this doesn’t boil over and destroy the club . The atmosphere at some of the home games has been unpleasant and surely this doesn’t help the players confidence .

10 years ago we almost went out of business and it looks as though we are avoiding relegation this season by pure luck .

The football I have watched Wrexham play since Ricketts left has been the worst I have ever seen since my first match in 1967. There has only been one game where I thought we looked good in patches this season and that was at Woking away when
Brian Flynn was the caretaker manager .

The football has been dire but we have an opportunity to unify and take stock. The board need to be honest about the financial challenges facing the club and the supporters need to be realistic about they require going forward . If the supporters want a “ people’s champion “
on the board that individual needs some business acumen together with a desire to give up lots of his/ her time and understand they will be the subject of unjustified abuse .

I think the most critical need is for an individual
who has the ability to lead and unite the fans with the board . If we are ever going to get out of this league we need to be united going into the preseason and the fans need to be aware of the scale of any financial
problem .

If we are in significant financial difficulties , let’s disclose it so the fans can
be realistic in their expectations . Maybe by being honest we set expectations that we can’t afford big wages and we therefore have no option other than to play local
lads and go part time .

It could be a turning point for the club . If you have a trade or decent career prospects AND you can play good football
surely it’s better than being a full time player on £600- £1000
a week on a 12 month
contract particularly if you have young kids

Hopefully someone can unite us all soon and next season is a good one as there is no better place than the Racecourse when it’s rocking and we play attacking football
Sure they are honest mistakes, but good intentions only cover so much of it. The board did not have good intentions when they banned the DSA, they don't have good intentions when they continue to ignore what the owners voted for with the second disability platform, they ignored the vote of the owners to have board members shadow them, hiding and deceiving the owners about the financial running of the club, the overall lack of communication and refusal to have any accountability are not honest mistakes.

Those that could be classified as honest mistakes are not minimal either. Where is the £1.875million we received for Danny Ward?

The atmosphere at home games is unpleasant because Wrexham fans have been left disrespected, apathetic and without hope. The club knew full well what the appointment of Dean Keates would do to the levels of support.

Do not blame the fans for the position we're in. There were 1600 fans at Notts County earlier this season. Almost 6000 on the opening day. A short while ago the fans gave £100,000 of their own hard earned cash only for the manager to walk away 6 weeks later and then walk back into the job after getting relegated. The club has no self-respect and the fans have lost their passion. The fans are not to blame for that. The fans are not the problem.

Apparently 3 years ago we almost went bust under the guidance of the WST. Still waiting on that statement though

Out of interest what do you classify as "unjustified" in the criticism of the board?

My reference to “ unjustified “ is a general point . Anyone who runs a business will come in for criticism and it is likely to be a combination of justified and unjustified .

As stated there some resolutions in the letter but its pointless without solutions. An almost childish rant.

This is a tweet from Nicola Palious today. Compared to us the 'ride' is chalk and cheese. Now you could say ownership models, or investment but I think the difference is football nouse at board level. Simple. We need some.

I agree with 3pm Saturday, for success at a football club... you do need football nous at board level. Without that you can't make the right decisions, that will effect the managers you choose to employ, which will effect the players they sign, who will effect the performances on the pitch, who will bring the entertainment the fans need, who pay for their entrance fee, out of their own pocket, with money they could easily spend on something else.

The Flywheel is very simple in that sense.

It also requires utmost good intentions, for the collective good, rather than the personal good, with clear transparency and honesty, especially when and if things do go wrong. Which they invariably will, as we are all fallible, we are all human.

Democracy in any organisation is really important, but to function effectively it still needs to allow and enable pivotal change and new wave thinking.

We are about to enter an era of spiritual enlightenment with Love and Altruism at the forefront.

Anyone who gets that will survive and flourish like the Tuataras. Anyone who doesn't will eventually die off like the dinosaurs, who thought they were too big, too strong and too powerful to be challenged.

If you think to yourself why Bootlegger has 279,000 followers on twitter, its for one reason only. His followers Love him. Love is the answer. Love is the emotion that drives consumers habits. When we love stuff, we want more of it. If we start to hate stuff we run a million miles from it. Football used to be about unrequited love, but those days are lone gone now. The future is clubs learning how to love their fans back.

It’s not just about 1st team football and picking managers it’s about vision and structure. Tranmere have developed their college system, a cracking training and education multi site and clever use to create recurring revenue streams. They have development pathways from 16 to 18 to 21 and now 23 back in league football.

In any other job or business, if you fooked up as many times as Board have over managers n staff appointments you would of been sacked, the Mike Newell circus cost us £30k alone, why are these people untouchable?? If I fooked up £30k of product in work, I'd certainly would be on final warning or sacked, it makes it worse that it's OUR coin they have wasted. Hate to say it but I ll let club die before I put a penny more into it while these people are in charge, or they apologise at least. It really really breaks my heart to say this as I love Wrexham as my club & Town . We need change.
