I 100% agree and that is my point.

We have no plan. There is as far as I am aware no strategy for football success except an unqualified board choosing a manager. It’s so poorly conceived and plainly not working that forget sacking the board let’s add expertise and get someone in with up to date relevant experience on a part time basis to set a plan for ‘football operations’ from top to bottom.

I also agree but I think you will have to change the board to get in people receptive to your ideas. The current lot aren’t going to do it. They only brought in Dixie an attempt to shut the fanbase up. To get the correct football change we need to change those at the top and get people in more receptive to doing things correctly

You won't get people to follow anonymous groups. People have to know what and who will be put in place for them to be bold enough to vote for change.

The frustrating thing from my point of view is most of the issues aren't even because of the lack of experience in football. It's basic stuff - that's what makes me think there must be better out there.

We also seem to have a communications crisis and issues with the board alienating supporters. One person brought in on the footballing side of things will not fix this.

We will not see change at the club until Pete Jones and Spencer Harris resign.

Did you mean to quote my post? Not sure I was talking about anonymous groups?

Yep I did. Although the point I made was a general one.

I agree with you that the board needs to be changed. My more general point was I'm not sure people will do this until they have a viable alternative. I.e. "we'll have x y z involved bringing a b c expertise". Make it real. Show people that there is a viable alternative. Then with a decent strategy, change can be achieved.
