Default Wst board meetings in 2016 - New minutes PDF retrospectively published

Wrexham supporters trust board meeting March 1st 2016.I have managed to find this but dont have the skills to download. But basically no mention of cashflow problems or votes in fact everything in the garden is rosy.RU was present. Also checked the previous meeting in February again nothing mentioned

October 2016 have now appeared? Intrested to know which board member offered 10k to join club board?

We need to reduce spend by £15k per month. The slide shows ways of doing this. Even with the 11 suggested actions on the slide there was a £50k gap. GJ said that there could be a way of securing a contribution from the FA Wales Trust to CD’s costs. The meeting discussed reducing other football costs.

Seems Carl Darlington might be bomb proof due to the FAW trust contributing to his wage. Urgent clarification needed on that! Was this option taken up?

1) Closing the Youth Department (CFE and YT scheme) • The Cost of the Youth Department (assuming we get £55k player sales) is £80k per annum • Closing the Youth Set Up would resolve the gap and give us a £30k buffer p.a. • This would simplify the business - the under 16s down to under 8s would go to the Foundation

2) First Team budget • Reduce the first team budget by £100k p.a. • This covers the £50k gap and the risk of the Youth set up having to deliver £55k player sales • Any player sales then become football fortune that we could release to the first team

3) Youth Department do things differently • Build the Borehamwood model at Wrexham AFC • Grow income through college-based system (keeps LFE system at the same time!) • Requires buy in and Youth Department to deliver it and a college to partner with us • Requires facilities to train • Unlikely to cover the £50k gap and £55k player sales in year 1 but should make some inroads with full coverage in Year 2

Option 3 is where we've eventually ended up, was a mandate needed? If so it's been done through the backdoor.

I understand that it was Richard Ulrich who offered a 10k injection in to the club.
