Saunders achieved the most but had more time to experiment and to finally get the quality needed make us a consistant top 5 side.
I wasn't saying they're the results and that's the end of the discussion Just thought the stats would add something to the debate

Win percentages:

Ricketts = 54.2%
Morrell = 52.1%
Barrow = 41.7%
Saunders = 41.3%
Mills = 40.6%
Hughes = 37.9%
Wilkin = 37.7%

Keates = 34.3%
Davies = 11.1%

Again our current managers stats look grim, yet some still defend him and say he needs time he’s 102 games in (obviously 2 spells) and he’ll never get us anywhere near in a million years.

What was Flynn's stats in his first couple of seasons and even Denis Smith's first season. All managers more or less need time to get things right, Fergie and Kendall are prime examples. There is often new manager syndrome but most success in football has to be built.

What progress have you seen with Keates since he’s been in charge? Results? Scintillating football? Quality signings? Has he learnt anything since managing higher up? Has he a plan? No is the answer to all of them in my opinion so because of this he deserves no time.

Billy Barr and Brian Flynn could get ahead of Barrow despite managing 6 games between them

They certainly do and thanks for posting them. A mix of the stats b plus davewili’s thinking is where I was going with this as I wanted them ranked assuming they get the same Budget and opposition

Slow progress admittedly, but good work off loading a number of underperforming players and freshening things up. A decent enough points hall since the January window, for a team used to getting beat. Bringing a couple of decent offensive players in Jarvis and Keilor-Dunn and a winner in Jay Harris, regrettably still short of Hooper or a decent replacement, but still progress. Scoring 14 conceding 8 shows we were starting to see signs of recovery.
