Player of the Season
 

Are we doing a player of the season award this year? I know it wasn't a great season but I think there's one or two players (Luke Young specifically) that deserves some recognition for their efforts.

Paul Rutherford for me as his 1 goal was essential to keeping us safe with Christian Dibble a close second for his early season form.

I thought Jarvis was excellent, don’t know if you can win player of the season with so few games, other than that Covid kept us in the NL

Young clearly wins this, they should still do it as it's a kick in the teeth for him if he gets no recognition

I'd put a shout in for young Covid, only 19 but kept us in the National League this season for sure!!

Consistency is the key to “Ruthers” though. He scored 1 last season too, which hit him on the arse and he ran off like he’d scored the winner in the World Cup Final.

Young tried his best and did well over the whole of the season played. He deserves recognition and thanks for that so he should get the award as nobody else comes close really.
