Would that be cash flow problems? Or basic incompetence and financial mismanagement ?
Trouble is we dont have all the information but surely they must have made 200k plus from the Stoke match alone

Do we know it was £100k - where was the amount reported. £100k was put on by a woman which must be separate to this.

Very true, the " further directors loan" gave the impression it was for the same amount.

It could have been £20 for the tea fund or £200,000. This is the problem non of us normal owners have a clue and the statement does not make it clear.

Perhaps the next drip feed of info will clear it up for us?.

Hold on a cotton picking moment ................ are they now accusing Don Bircham of laundering money through Wrexham AFC ?

Seems odd to me as when DB and BH quit in October of that year DB had talked of quitting at the end of the previous season but was asked to stay on.......... why would he cover short term cashflow (is 100k really cashflow?) issue with a loan himself if he was planning to leave around that time ?

That's a hell of a jump.
The club board were clearly doing things and not telling the WST board but I can't see any accusation of anything improper.

The club board are half of the trust board so obviously some of the trust board get to find out things and Keep secrets from the rest , no wonder they all leaving
