Can’t anyone remember Fowler on twitter before he went. He was a complete bell end
He is a bellend and always has been and will continue to be.

A poundshop Gazza.

On a slightly different tack. A pissed up George Best in his prime would run rings around this generation of diving, whining overpaid frauds. I read somewhere that he was often rather the worst for wear many times and they still could not tackle him. Notice he could have fallen over or dived (like this bunch of jokers these days) but he never did, he used to ride the tackle and stay on his feet. The only problem was that he was a 'flawed genius'https://youtu.be/uJWWA-h_-5g

Too true. Most players these days have had coaching on how to win free kicks by fabricating an injury. Simulation, I think it’s called. When our players see Premier League players doing it week after and winning free kicks and penalties, no wonder they will try and copy.

I remember when George Best played in Gareth Davies testimonial, he had lost a bit of pace by then but he could still play.

That's very much true, been told many a story by a former apprentice at Manchester United. Including him turning up straight for training after a night out and then in a training game dribbling the ball past all 11 opposing players purposely before scoring. He did that many times during training.

Another tale of him nutmegging Bobby Charton twice in quick succession with Charlton going berserk only for best to do it again to prove a point. Best famously did it in a game where a fullback had spent all game kicking lumps out of him, put it through his legs to bring the ball back on himself to do it again.

Don Bircham just liked a tweet on Twitter asking Bryn Law whether he would return to the club to take a role.Replied he would not "in current circumstances".

Circumstances or personnel ? Worth delving deeper ?
I still think that people get the concept of fan owned football clubs and the actual people ruining this club under the concept of "fan owned club" mixed up, sad to see that old adage "power corrupts" rings true.

A simple solution i'd say is to put a sunset clause on any board membership of 4-5 years, with a possible return only for half a further term ? If PotUS cannot serve more than 8 years then I cannot see a reason why our supreme leaders cannot be removed by such a clause.

A further thought (don't worry, I'm sat down!) could we put this clause retrospectively so it is effective since the WST's ownership of the club?
