The leader is a spin off puppet for the club. They get stories a couple of days earlier for some positive spin. Remember the interviews (with players) they did prior to DK coming back? The Leader is also dying on its own ass and feeble and ingenious journalism has led to that, hence them begging for donations!

It’s already been printed in full in the Leader

I agree with the sentiment that change must happen.

However, it is a pointless exercise getting Spencer and Co. to resign if you don't have anyone lined up to replace them. Not only someone to replace them, but someone who the fans can get behind. If you compare it to the prime minister role where David Cameron resigned and Theresa May took over. Nobody voted for her to take over. If change must happen. The positions must already be pre-filled. What happens if Spencer and Co. resign and nobody takes over ? What position does that put the club in ?

Just questions that need answers.

But there will be a vote to replace Spencer. The same as there will be a vote to replace Steve Lloyd or Sarah Howard-Smith. They’ve both resigned, must they have sourced their own replacements before resigning?

This irrational fear that Spencer Harris is the only person that on earth that will do the role is bizarre

Spencer has never been elected whilst running unopposed, what makes you think he’ll run unopposed this time? And even for arguments sake if there was no one willing to do his role (which there are) the amount of people that have said they won’t return if he is still at the club is enough justification to see a paid board member come into the club

Mad that people think like this

It's not anyone's job to put forward nominations for people to take over simply because they are essentially saying as a collective we belive the existing board lack the capability and ambition to drive the club forward and additionally need to be held to account for bad decisions made over an extended period of time.

The WST is there to steward the elections process for new members and then the memberships job to cast their votes. How do people not understand this?

this sounds like an excuse to carry on with the current set up, remember we would have been relegated this season with the form we were showing, so it is not hard to improve on that.

Thanks. Did you have any joy with the Post?

The non-league paper might be another port of call.

The main thing is to spread the news that all is not well at our club, and change is needed.

People generally don't think Spencer is the only person who can do this. They're unwilling to support things until they know who the proposed new people will be. Basic human psychology - better the devil you know.

Hardly - they are questions that need answering. Appreciate that will happen with the AGM etc but that's where most floaters will be. They need someone positive to latch onto at the same time.
