I think that the threat of losing a vote of 'No Confidence' would be the best way to convince them their time is up.

Does a WST member have to propose a Vote of no confidence or is the process more convoluted then that ?

Things need to change at the club, including a few of the personalities at the top who should recognise they have had their go, but to be fair this comment is spot on.

Cannot see why any member could not raise it for the AGM, but it would probably fail to reach the 75% margin required.

However, Spencer Harris remaining at the club will lead to many of our supporters not returning to the club. It's as simple as that with logic of the open letter. Better the devil you know doesn't apply when so many have expressed that they won't be returning

Is it better to have a divided fanbase, toxic racecourse, huge losses in income from alienated supporters and an uncertain/dangerous future for the club?
I'm not advocating the current board stay any longer than i take to eat my tea, but with the staff furloughed who would run the club once they depart?

Are there any provisions in the WST make up to allow somebody to step to run club as interim club board or would the club secretary take over fro an interim period to allow for elections

I agree with cardiffred - better the devil you know than the devil you don't, even better the devil you know than a space vacuum.

The trust should respond by saying put it in an AGM resolution and let the members vote.

Cant people see without solutions or a structure going forward or any positive suggestion is pointless and in fact puts the club in danger.

I believe there should be changes to the way we operate and I think additional assistance is desperately needed at Board level but this is a waste of time.

Shadowing was supposed to happen for multiple reasons, only one person has been shadowed I'm aware of and that's due to a change in circumstances.

If they were all struck by lightning the club would fold, well that's the logic of some.

If you feel it’s a waste of time that’s fine I can either sit on red passion and moan constantly or I can try and push for the changes I’d like to see so should everyone else given the state of the club at present

The WST themselves stressed how important renewed support is

The AGM has not been scheduled and will be complicated to put together

Out of interest why would Spencer being removed from the board be dangerous? I’m just curious to know his specific skill sets and why them being removed would threaten the future of the club?

To me having him remain and having boycotts, apathy and a refusal to put money in by many of our supporters is far far more dangerous

Yes 3pmsat continually shows support for an out of touch out of ideas out of ability out of excuses out of touch with reality out of touch with supporters out of touch with actual football nous . It's quite amazing why he goes on about them just needing a bit of help , still trying to see if there's anything in it for him . Need a new board with new ideas and ability to see ahead with the right footballing set up / Manager . As the interest on this BB is seemingly showing less interest as days go by .
