1871

Isn't it about time we decided we were founded on a different date.
How about 1871, then next year, we can have another big money making year.
Celebrating 150 years in existence :hurray:

Next year we can celebrate 100 years since we entered the Football League.

We may end up back in it if about 30 FL clubs go bust.

Anyone remember the “biggest party in 150 years” or something like that?

Steve Cook put so much work into that, must have motivated North Ferriby immensely

And then we lost, biggest egg on face piece of marketing I’ve seen

A bit like the firework display - the only one I have ever seen in broad daylight - well I say I saw it but it didn't show up too well did it ? only at Wrexham.

In fairness there was a massive attendance that day - which just goes to show if the right people at the helm tuned the engine properly we do have massive fanbase potential - but sadly that's about as far as it is likely to go.

There was a lot of promotion about the biggest ever party for the 2015 FA Trophy - turned out that it was one of the lowest points I've had watching Wrexham

The 150th anniversary game was against Grimsby, we also lost that

They have always been more concerned with this sort of nonsense. Trying to find some imaginary date where we were apparently formed.

They care more about this nonsense than whether we get a proper management team that can get us back into the league.

Any news on whether Wales can start playing here again? That’s the main objective after all.

Not a hope of this happening unless vast amounts of cash is spent on the stadium. You have to be honest, the Racecourse is looking a bit tired and needs plenty doing to it to get it anywhere near to holding international matches.
I am just stating the obvious by the way. So before someone hijacks the thread with some 'punch and Judy' banter. I know too well the Deva is a Legoland box in an industrial estate.
