Massive unprofessional skill sets shining through and that’s with someone from a HR background. Some clearly knew the reasons but had already started on the power trip which led to numerous disasters and our current lowest league place ever.

On Keates there is nothing to 'understand', he did the dirty on us as he did at other clubs only for us to bring him back.
Wrong !! I knew Barry Horne when he was at Everton , Got to know Him pretty well , I actually had breakfast at his house while doing a few jobs for him ,Talking Football , He told me about Mike Walker who he rowd with over a game at Tottenham when they got tonked 5 , 1 and told Walkr tp F--ck off ,
You don't do that if your weak , If he was out numbered over something he would tell them to stuff it .

Yet he didn't with Mills allowing him to do as he pleased under his watch, telling someone to f*ck off is easy and doesn't mean you're strong.

Walking away too doesnt mean you're strong, fight or flight and he choose flight as you allude to.

If he was strong he'd have told us about the problems like you know the loans.

You Need to understand the man , He doesn't suffer fools gladly , he would rather walk away , That`s what he did .
And it wasn't the fact He told someone to F--k off , He stood up to his Manager .

Yet didn't stand up to Gary Mills, next time you bump into him ask him what training was like. Ask him why he allowed Mills to cancel sessions on a whim.

Presumably so him and the lads could go down the local for a pint of mild.

He'd have doubled the Fat Boar's daily takings.
