Operational policy changes - views sought

I just feel that the big three are trying to hang onto power, rather like Queen Victoria or QE2. If we are truly a fans clubs, where we are supposed to feel like fellow owners, why don’t we rotate the seats of power? That way, it might just feel like we are all pulling together rather than watching a dictatorship.
Messrs Jones and Harris are acting like it is their club - they are clinging to power at the risk of losing the popularity contest.
My son was on Facebook today and he informed me that there are a cohort of WAFC fans on there who still, blindly support the WST regime. They seem to be in the minority, but their guys are still clinging to the rocks! Democracy - what democracy?

Make suggestions. What do you want to see as a better way to run the club. Be creative, if your suggestion is half decent and you can put the work in to get it workable I'd suggest a resolution is completely winnable.
