Or to sum up this thread, no we dont have any positive suggestions as to how to improve the clubs structure. Bet the writers of that letter don't either.

Make suggestions. What do you want to see as a better way to run the club. Be creative, if your suggestion is half decent and you can put the work in to get it workable I'd suggest a resolution is completely winnable.
