Operational policy changes - views sought

The WST are requesting members’ views on the Governing Board and Operational Board Policy, as part of our review of the club’s processes and procedures.
Following last week’s update, in which we advised of proposed changes to the Members Disciplinary and Grievance Policy, this is our next stage of the review.
Given the policy sets out the relationship between the WST Board and the Club Board, and the responsibilities of both in managing the club, it is clearly one which needs addressing at present.
We recognise this is arguably the most contentious issue around the club at the moment, and the Board accept there need to be changes to improve the running of both the Club and the Trust.
We cannot stress enough how important it is that we get this piece of work right, and so we are encouraging all supporters to get involved in this process.

A copy of the current policy can be downloaded here, and at this point nothing is off the table – we welcome all suggestions.
Coming out of this process we need a robust framework to ensure both the Club and Trust are stable, efficient and well-run.
If you have any thoughts on the policy, please email secretary@wst.org.uk.

At least they are engaging in some level of debate. Hopefully those with the time and experience to make constructive and detailed changes will do so for the benefit of all fans.

People may dislike individuals but under private ownership there would likely not be a chance to form policies and procedures.

Under the right private ownership there wouldn't be any need to.

Plus they are only doing this because their positions are under threat, lets not kid ourselves otherwise.

Prehaps they could let us all know if people are being shadowed first and what's going on with the 2nd platform. Until then, it's just hollow words.

Basically, show us the fans, that you're willing to do as you've been asked by the electorate.

Plus a predictable fence sitter who can't form an opinion of his own and hangs off other peoples coat tails on pretty much every subject.

Zero point you coming on here just to nod and clap along.

Don't worry though Huffmeister, I'm sure there'll be a coat tail you can cling onto soon.

Bunch of incompetent liars, so I have no confidence in what they say they will do. All words and flim flam, a bit like Welsh government documents. No substance to them whatsoever.
