Everyone out of contract needs to go financially. We cam always re-hire some if it makes sense to do so when we know when football can restart, in what form, and what budget we therefore have. Furlough those under contract until October.

Issue with furlough is that from 1/8/20 companies will have to contribute a % (25% rumoured) to furloughed employees.Have to pay employers NI on top too.Therefore have to decide futures before then as outlays otherwise.

We'll be able to judge whether the Board and Keates are serious in their rallying call, or whether it's just hot air, by what they do with this retention list.

This is their opportunity to 'get rid' and start again.

Iv said on another thread, it will be more of the same when we startup. He will give contracts to the older ones plus a couple of additions. Same old everything.
