We don't have a CEO on the current board, we need one.
Beg Don to come back.

20% increase in budget for Hughes
Pay-off for Hughes
Pay-offs for players
Paying for players to sit around doing nothing
Huge amount of players used (40+)
Further spending in January for Keates
1200 drop in average attendance since Keates came back

= huge sums of money, easily enough to replace volunteers with paid staff. So much money is wasted at the club.

So much more money will be wasted in future with Keates here too. You'd imagine the breakout clause in his contract isn't going to be used. Another costly mistake

I don't do the social media thing apart from the odd post on hear, but has anyone heard any whispers on other sites about anyone stepping forward to take on these bunch of renegades. This year after year" same old" can't carry on, there must be someone or more out there to challenge them.

No need. According to Jones the Bus they have all the requisite skills , and also Lord Harus of Kellogg’s says that there is nobody but himself who can perform his role effectively. They are the best and it is very comforting to know that we have them.

It's such a slow bureaucratic / convoluted process that threads like this seem pointless, we'd struggle to make this amount of changes in 5 years.

Despite all the frustration, I'm yet to see any proposal bar the EGM that might have any immediate effect, and not even 120 of us could sign up to that,,,, you bunch of bottlers

The Board should have an odd number of members, so the Chairman has the casting vote if issues are split equally. Ideally 6 plus the chairman.

Look at the areas we need coverage in, and have a director responsible for those individual areas: football, legal, financial, facilities, development and supporters.

All the other WST bigwigs should report to a specific director, depending on their roles.

We need a CEO to run the non-footballing day-to-day stuff, but they should report to the Board, and not be a member.
I’m afraid no change the boards will change anything, the only change we need now is a clean break from the WST.

Why vote a numpty from wrexham as chairman, it’s just asking for the same shit on a different day.

Fan ownership HAS ruined this club, coronavirus May kill it off, but you won’t get many fans voting.
