As I live in Australia I know very little about Lindsay Jones. Can anyone advise me as to what skill sets he has to be headhunted to be our secretary.

I am comparing them as enemies of the club and town. Their motives may differ but they are still enemies.

You have always been a polite antagonist Huffy and I respect your opinion, but you may have listened too much to the extremists on my position. I always advocated part fan/ part private ownership and it’s just the militant and purist direction of the WST over time that has led me to the belief that they have to go completely. The appointment of Jones is the last straw, and allowing him to pen that aggressive tirade yesterday effectively amounts to a declaration of war. I was intending allowing the club to keep my season ticket refund but I am now on a war footing and will take it back when I can. I suggest everyone else does the same and whatever they can to undermine those in charge.

It is sad that some fans resort to insults just because they disagree with the contents of a post. I am convinced that a lot of fans read red passion but don't post because they don't want to risk being got at. If i am right this is a real shame. In a civilized and informative discussion the more opinions we read the more likely we are to learn something.

Forums / pages have many examples of his explosive tirades and language as soon as an opinion doesn’t sit with his.

Completely the wrong person to have involved.

I remember his Keb Mo days back on ONTSS pre troubles. Obnoxious then, considerably worse now.
