Default Shocking benefits

As you may have noticed over the last week or so, loads of you have been signing up to or renewing your membership to the Wrexham Supporters Trust.

By doing so, these members play a key role at Wrexham AFC and each individual can proudly say that they own the oldest football club in Wales. - shocking!

However, did you know there’s a lot more than simply owning your own club?

We’ve been hard at work to ensure your membership doesn’t just help finance Wrexham AFC but saves you cash as well. That’s why we’ve teamed up with new and existing partners so that you get more bang for your buck.

Now it’s not just Wrexham supporters who can benefit from their membership at £12 a year, it’s something the whole of North Wales and those across the border can get behind and benefit from.

In a time where money can be tight and businesses are struggling, your WST membership saves you cash and lends a hand to local businesses.

Check out the businesses below that we’ve teamed up with that could potentially save you hundreds of pounds or more!

All WST members qualify for:

Automatic monthly entry to win a £50 voucher for Miller & Carter curtsy of Britt Security Supplies - shocking!
10% off Craft Beer Online at Rad Beer.
10% off any airport transfer with Wrexham Airport Transfer Taxi Service.
10% off at the Beauty Mill
Free Child Admission with a full-paying adult at Xplore! Science Discovery Centre, Wrexham. - loves a capital!
10% off fees with Monopoly Estate Agents.
10% off any Intruder Alarm or CCTV Installation with Barlows Fire & Security.
10% off full-priced books with Usborne Reading Corner.
5% off at Rhosddu Carpets
At £12 a year for membership, claiming just one of these offers could pay for your membership for the entire year. Be it a taxi fare, new alarm, beauty treatment, trip to the new Science Centre or just a good book.

Shame they didn’t offer reduced spelling and grammar lessons! I’ve only highlighted a few but there are more
It has the name of Ollie Williams attached to the article on the club website. Could I respectfully suggest a proof reader is appointed and when he/she is, he/she learns when/where to put a full stop?

Membership of a society that was happy to watch single mums on benefits cry as they pulled their kids out of the CoE, were happy to sweep appalling online behaviour under the carpet but is happy to profit from violence by its fans. No discounts are going to buy some people’s morals.

Agreed. This sort of information needs to be out in public for all to see.
Unfortunately, if people don't go on Red Passion, go online much or bother with social media then they won't know that the club behave in such a deplorable way.

I'd love to see a long open letter, detailing all the behaviour mentioned here and explaining in detail the catalogue of bad decisions, being sent to all local media and BBC Radio Wales/Radio Cymru.

Alas, I don't see it happening and a couple of thousand matchday fans will attend and help maintain the status quo to plod along...

Would be interesting if the letter was sent to local politicians given that the club has just publically condoned those breaking Welsh Government guidelines.
