I agree, It can't be that hard to implement.

There's a big difference. A racist flag, or any other type of bigoted flag would be an attack on a certain group of fans and players (both ours and opposition), officials and staff. Which to me is way more unacceptable than showing support for a political cause.

Do I think political flags in nature should be allowed? I think so. It's a freedom of expression thing. I personally would not agree with a pro-Conservative flag on the kop but if one was placed there I wouldn't be calling for its removal. Someone just disagrees with me.

I find it hard to disagree... However wonder if a sack the board banner would be ok

I disagree - television, papers, social media is full of it.

Why not let folk just have 90 minutes off on a Saturday afternoon!

You and Haruki are entitled to think that, but this is not the point.

The club has issued a statement about their political neutrality, which I fully support. However, that is not compatible with allowing folk to display Mrs T's knickers, Jeremy Corbyn's truss, or Angela Rayner's G-string on the kop.

I go to the Racecourse to watch a game of football. I do not wish to see folks' support for either Celtic or Rangers, the PIRA or UDA, or the State of Israel or PLO.

TAKE MAGGIE'S PANTS DOWN: Along with all the other stuff!

"Wrexham v Bolton

With all that’s been going on the word “politics” is on the tip of everyone’s tongue. This post isn’t like our usual ones. We’d much rather wait for the dust to settle before reaching out and sharing any reports. Unfortunately due to people not having a clue, mostly virgins and pretend hooligans, we’ve had to post this to clear some things up. We don’t want the lads who did the business yesterday to become tangled in the webs of the political wannabes and being used as pawns or a banner they can hold up for their own agendas. Young lads having a row has nothing to do with your weird fantasies:

From the horses mouth.

“We had it arranged with Bolton to have it with them that week there was only 7 of my lot all yoof lads aged 16 that went and Bolton had preston and apparently Oldham with them. 20 or so couldve been more of them. We went on a suicide mission as we knew they had loads more and they were all older than us like 19-20 and that. Soon as we got to Manchester we got to the memorial, we weren’t there for that, we ain’t into this political nonsense everyone is trying to say we are now this antifa shite. We were only there for a meet and we went to the back street and seen Bolton and pne and whoever else they had and we had it with them proper bricks bottles the lot. We went at eachother, we had less than half their numbers but we were putting them on the back foot proper for about a good 2 mins they kept backing off as we put a few of there’s on the floor we put them right up the other side of the street then others joined in from the memorial and ruined the whole row entirely.” - BABYLINE Wrexham

All our posts are censored. All our communications secure. Keep your faces covered and be clever when you play the game."

The above matches what has been said more locally in terms of it not being a er, 'political trip'. It is worth noting the person who said it was is that bloke in the initial widely shared and jumped on video, who also said Wrexham has links to the IRA.

All this is probably irrelevant as the wider narrative has become fact.
and all the other bits circulating about the incident that are specific to point out it was not political.

Which issue?

The WST issued a response to a specific incident but, surely, their worthy response is valid for all issues? including the politicised banners on the kop. Let’s hope they live up to their statement.
