I certainly wouldn't state that asking for clarity as to who dictated the response to the open letter is "pointless". Especially with elections coming up.

I asked only a few questions:

• Can you clarify who dictated the response to the petition?
  
• I also seek clarification as to when the plans for the new training ground, and footballing strategy to go along with it, will be revealed?
  
• No one has suggested that the next football manager be decided by an "X Factor type poll". Why did you feel the need to dismiss the concerns and protests brought about by Dean Keates' re-employment in this way?

Seems that the "Indepent Secretary" will now refuse to answer genuine questions and concerns of members

Will you be forwarding any resolution's or standing?

Resolution 1 could be:

Society Board to detail fully to members all costs and plans for new training ground. Members to vote on proposal. etc etc.

Whilst I’m critical of certain board members, I try not to be personal and offer constructive criticism.

Lindsay though is an obnoxious, vindictive, condescending, blinkered Buffoon. His appointment is one of the biggest mistakes by the trust in recent times.

NWD should stand he clearly has views that offer a different route which is necessary to effect changes needed, however each time the question is asked is he standing its ignored?

Unfortunately there's a difference between being critical on the outside rather than being criticised on the inside. I hope I'm wrong but different voices are needed and with 9 places up for grabs perhaps a chance over time to effect them.

NWD's told you a couple of times that he's putting forward a resolution (or possibly more than one, not sure if he's specified.)

I think the most important resolution would be that all resolutions MUST be acted on. I just don't trust them to act on that, so it all seems rather pointless! Despite this, I'll probably rejoin to vote. Maybe if a resolution was passed with 95% of people voting in favour of it they'd be too embarrassed to ignore that one. I doubt it, though.

This is rubbish, NWD has said several times that he's not standing but is putting forward resolutions.
