But spot on - Apathy has ruled for years. Members didn't even know that the Board had set up another company in their names.

When It was raised and criticised at an AGM the members seemed happy with the club doing things without their knowledge/ Apathy rules. Bonkers and crazy.

Has anyone had any success renewing their WST membership on line, i have followed the instructions but just get to my account page.

Which is precisely why this ownership model is utterly flawed and will never work.
You are never going to get the majority to be interested, care or vote on resolutions and all the off field stuff. They just want to buy a ST as cheaply as possible and go and watch their team.
Take away the season ticket discount membership and watch the numbers plummet to a few hundred at best.

When you are able to join don't expect any kind of acknowledgement of your membership. They don't send you an email and you get fck all through the post. This is after what ten years? Basic stuff they still can't get right.

Agree with your first paragraph but the second is nonsense.

Ask yourself why are fans so fed up that they are turning their backs on the club they have supported for decades?
