I see that Wigan have gone into administration, one month after being purchased. Be careful what you wish for.

"When asked by BBC Radio Manchester how big an impact the coronavirus pandemic has had on the situation, Paul Stanley of administrators Begbies Traynor said: "I don't think it's played a massive part in terms of the way the club's been run, because the club's been run very well.

The funding that was due to come in from the owners didn't come in. I've had no contact with the owners and I don't know why the funding didn't come in."

Aye, on the day the Goverment has said up to 4 million Hong Kong citizens can move to the UK. They're owened by Hong Kong based owners during a time when China and the UK are being political with each other. Similar happened at Birmingham, Chinese businessman locked up for moving too much money outside China.

Don't you trust the WST to ensure any new prospective owners are fit and proper?

This is nothing to do with bad owners, it’s been something else entirely if you actually read it.

You just cannot accept the failure here can you, it needs a clean start and the supporters removed from power. The decisions for 8 years have been terrible.

Stop thinking with an ideology it’s a football club, the way you speak about the current situation is similar to the brexit thread.

The club needs a fresh start, it’s divided now and I think this will reflect in the coming season.

So they’re good owners? Would you want them here and would you have welcomed them with open arms four weeks ago?

Are you not one of the people who wants the WST to abandon or lessen the vetting process for potential owners that we previously voted for?
