New board structure as well with local guys. Many there have sound business experience.

A manager who doesn't make pointless sigings either permanent or on loan, one that signs players to fit his
4-3-3 system. A club with a long term vision of developing young players and using any fees to reinvest into the club.

Can't behaving any any of that at Wrexham, where not having a plan is acceptable.

CoE next for the chopping block guaranteed at Wrexham once the realities of Covid 19 take hold, not that it's not been planned for years.

The board room changes have only concluded in recent months including a share for the fans, after a struggle to get the majority shareholder to release his shares. It will be interesting to see how set up they are for Div 1 and not forced to sell any of the their promising players.

Grant is still there? And Davison as you add the fans share.

Is HS2 going through their centre circle ????

The secret is having players signed up for longer deals or at least 2 years, so to avoid the constant need to bring in double figure signings. It may work in our favour this year if there is no football for many months, but with only 6 contracted players, we need to sign another 12-14, so signing on fees, re-ocation costs and agents fees are going to be sky high yet again.

Clubs will be in a position to dictate terms due to the number of players looking for work.
There are a lot of players out of contract locally, clubs within a 50 / 60 mile radius who might not have to, or want to, relocate.

Agreed, we are in a totally different situation from other seasons, with players and most clubs saying clubs will be forced to cut their playing budget and squad sizes.
