I have some experience in this area, but I wasn't suggesting we push up the centre half's simply that having pacey full backs will go someway towards helping with that. That being said I don't know how slow this lad is, cant imagine he is like grease lightening at 34 however.

I wouldn't play Young there, I would sign someone who is an out and out holding midfielder and play Young (and one other) just in front. We have struggled with central midfielders in recent years so we need to heavily invest in this area in my book.
