It makes me laugh that you need suitably qualified candidates or a suitably qualified Board currently running this stitched up club , because if they were suitably qualified they would realise they've made such a pigs ear of it all they would gracefully accept they should resign and let decent people take over .

The number of candidates needed to stop them is likely in excess of the reasonable number of votes available to propel them all over the two of them even with a record turnout. Agreed. Being sensible there would have to be a transition period so I would expect co option but practically they could not continue as now if they weren't in the top nine candidates. As you say its unlikely given the maths.

I would like to see them restricted to limited roles/projects and a new board make up instigated. A non exec part time DoF type consultant to get that side functioning in the short term.

I'm somewhat fearful for the club to be fair.

Who are these decent people? I'd be overjoyed if you had a list of people who are qualified to run aspects of the club. People who have experience and qualifications to do so. Get em in and get em on the ballot.

Watching the strenuous efforts of certain posters on here try to set the narrative ahead of the AGM is comical, as the weekly updates coming from the club became ever more bizarre.

In years gone by I would have cared about all this stuff. I would have read the bios of those standing, would have read the resolutions put forward.

But I've realised that none of that makes any difference.

Now I'll just withhold my money and wait.

I imagine you have to be in the inner sanctum of the inner circle to know what on earth is going on. Maybe 3pmsaturday has the keys, but 99.9% of us don't.

This update has managed to set the bar for the WST's "Molehills into Mountains" campaign. I hope they can inflate our fundraising efforts in the same way

Just reading through these posts the new posters, returning posters all with an agenda to discredit NWD it shows how the WST are acting like I've said before the Peaky Blinders.

They have an agenda stop the sale of the club and new members to the board at all costs...

Its no Coincidence Lindsay Jones was brought back.. Stop change at all costs our way or the highway.

This club is dying it has always been since WST took over it was a dying slow death. But now their incompetence at running a football club is gathering speed, they are no better than the previous owners who tried to kill the club.

The intentions may have been noble and good intended to start with, but with power comes alsorts of unsavoury things.

Unless they wake up which I very much doubt and do the decent thing put the club up for sale or minimum step down from their ivory towers.

They will kill this club the fanbase is in pieces split as wide as the Grand Canyon those on the boards and those supporting them hang your heads in shame at what you have done to this club especially in this last 5 years.

RIP Wrexham afc the New Bury but killed by it's so called fan's.

I hope there are enough new candidates with an open mind who can influence the direction of our club, if elected.

Politics and power is a nasty business, and some have an addiction that has clouded their judgement.

Just hope we can get them on 'cold turkey' before the club disappears up its own orifice!
