Once we have the green light to resume with limited numbers of supporters attending those who will have renewed season tickets will get priority in a stadium with a reduced capacity. Those such as Phil who have consistently complained will presumably have not renewed their trust or season ticket membership and will be prevented from seeing the matches . They will be sadly missed?

Yes.

All our fans are needed and wanted. Whether they still believe in the board or whether they want some accountability.

The issue is how to reunite the fanbase and get everyone pulling in the same direction. The WST themselves highlighted this.

There is only one way to unite the fan base. That's winning matches consistently. Preferably by playing decent football.

The criticism laid at the board and manager will still be in the back of everyones mind but hopefully overshadowed by success. (Not sure DK is capable of that but we live in hope)

The very best businesses and leaders want and encourage disagreement, challenges, alternative opinions because it’s healthy. They listen to their customers complaints because you learn from them. The worst leaders think they are right and do not encourage their staff and customers to tell them they are wrong. The absolute worst outcome for any business is blind faith and/or apathy - it kills them.

I can’t disagree with any of that Bagger, a complaint is a “gift” and customer feedback is essential whether positive or negative, but it’s also true that people generally respond better to encouragement and positive energy. If done correctly people will take on board the need for continuous improvement. If even the harshest critics could find something positive to say about the club once in a while it might do a little to inspire the improved performances we all want to see from those on and off the pitch, remembering that the way feedback is offered is as important as the message itself.

Did you miss the thread regarding the land behind the Kop? It was overwhelmingly positive, another myth busted.

Yes, good example, thanks, exactly what I mean.
