Minimum costs to set up training pitches estimated at around £120K, do do the whole currently desired project £663K.
Minimum would basically replicate 9 acre.

Top end would include changing room, treatment room, gym, boot room and store.

Costs obviously estimated, the club will be doing investigations, core samples etc to firm up costs, so advised not to be held to these costings.
£663k?! What planet are these guys on?

They'll get bugger all for £663k. I'd love to know if they've had a proper cost plan done. £663k suggest they're not planning on doing much to it at all. The whole idea of going there is moronic.

So they're suggesting that the required infrastructure, services, parking facilities, security measures, consultant fees, build costs etc are going to be in the region of £543k?!! I'm absolutely dismayed with these fools at times.

So supporters groups get told this stuff ahead of WST members? You can be a member of a supporters group but not a member of the WST.

Who communicated this info? Someone from the WST board?

Correct me if I'm wrong always thought Geraint Parry did all the contracts?

I'd imagine he does the admin for them but it would be one of the board members (someone with a wealth of HR experience perhaps) who dictates what the content of the contract is

Did anyone ask why the length of the contract was withheld from fans last summer? I can't think of any other example of this happening so it seems like a natural question to ask.

Anyone know? Why non-members are getting to hear this info ahead of WST members?
