Default Club Ownership Survey

Following the movement of the board to have just a survey not an actual vote, but a survey which leaves the outcome unclear, this states the intentions of those in power to never seek anything other than fan ownership and where we are now is where we will always be.

It’s clear that there has been interest previously and recently, I think the WST should offer all fans the option to join free and vote on the future direction of the club, not the measly 3000 members but look towards the 18000+ who can turn up to games in Cardiff and Wembley.

Offer all fans a time window with the opportunity to go online, sign up with verifiable emails or in person and hold a vote across the whole fan base.

Pro fan Ownership supporters cannot accept the mistakes and mismanagement of the club BUT the budget and average attendance doesn’t reflect members only and without those people there wouldn’t be a team on the pitch. The club has become very divided due to the lack of transparency and the time has come for change. Piss the non members off enough and the club dies regardless of if your a wst member and a season ticket holding supporter, too many WST nodding dogs think everyone is a member, in 8 years the members have voted and brought up anything other than the pitch at an AGM.

The constitution only matters at a time when prevention is needed from those making the mistakes or as a deflection away from anything other than the current ownership.

Is it time for a wide open vote not for members but everyone as wrexham fans for the future of the club, if it was offered would you join the trust just to vote?

Lack of response shows how much interest in this.
One of the difficulties in an open vote like this is that any odd bods could register to vote.
At least if you are a paid up member of the WST it shows some sort of commitment to the club. (Cue usual comments about not a penny more etc.)

I think it’s a smashing idea, how many votes do certain individuals get who seem to enjoy having numerous IP addresses?

One of the most bizarre aspects of the debate between trust members and the wider fan base is that they need each other for Wrexham fc to thrive.
There is now only 1200 trust members they are starting to become an endangered species. NOT A PENNY MORE

I get not just selling to any Tom, Dick or Harry who puts forward an offer without doing due diligence, but the way the board seems to rule out any chance of selling the club is ridiculous. At least have an open mind if nothing else.

You’ll see how many have lost interest, you and your political ideology Whilst running a football club will kill the club.

The wst can do whatever they like and you will still support them, if it was a private rich owner you wouldn’t like it simple as.

It would be surprising how many only renew for a discount on season tickets.
