It's a 75% majority rather than 75% of the membership isn't it?

Of course, if the board think they're unlikely to get the necessary majority for a resolution they could always word it as a vote against proceding and then claim they've got the go ahead when the vote doesn't get the necessary majority...

I'm sure they could come to some sort of agreement with Colliers, but they won't as it won't leave a legacy.

I'd rather cut my Jacobs off than listen to spence talking utter Shiite.

If we're not interested in the offer, at least have the common courtesy to respond and politely decline. Assuming that is true, it's ridiculously rude. Are we trying to build good relations with other clubs or ruin them. What the hell?

Trouble is, Geraint is completely overrun with workload, and our self appointed general manager has a track record of this kind of behaviour, he is to be honest not a very nice man! So this is no surprise to me.
Our recent record of how staff have been treated, how voluntary groups have been treated, how former players have been treated has shown us to be a nasty little club.
I’m sorry but Wrexham AFC died years ago.

I've always found Geraint to be a very pleasant chap.

That phrase really does encapsulate it nicely for me.

Nasty little club.

As with every bad organisation there are some good people working there, but they're being failed and dragged down by the 'leadership'.
