There is a complete lack of footballing strategy and vision at our club other than “give the manager a budget and blame him when it goes wrong”. That is the directors taking zero accountability

All the clubs who achieve anything in football have a structure, we don't and explains alot.

Spencer Harris needs to pull his finger out, it falls at his feet.

George Williams has been released by FGR. Welsh international, only 24 - could be worth a call

Currently we are in the worst position we could be due to withdrawal of EFL funding and reliance on scholarships.
External sponsorship of the CoE would be great for the youngsters but to get back to where we were 6 years ago it would probably require financial assistance in excess of £100k / year. It would still be vulnerable to having the best kids poached by bigger clubs.
All we need is a benevolent investor who doesn't want anything in return. Please form an orderly queue. Plus a change of mindset at the top.
This ticks a lot of the WST propaganda boxes.
Every effort is being made to excuse and justify the crushing of the youth system.
Basically its everyone else's fault bar those that are in charge of it i.e. the WST and club board. Really is pathetic, embarrassing ad cringeworthy the excuses being made here.

Blame not being in the EFL- CHECK
State it costs too much then throw in a speculative figure (100k) to try and justify - CHECK
Then throw in at the end a sarcastic remark about a sugar daddy paying for it all (another huge bare faced myth and lie) - CHECK

It's no wonder this club is where it is , naive and incompetent over the last ten seasons , failure after failure , basically no idea whatsoever how to run a football club .

Ten more years and we'll sign Danny Rowe with a pic of him and Spencer shaking hands in our new 'spiritual home' on Lex.
