-Drive changes in the area of constitutional reform (already started)
- Engage specialists on revising the structure and reporting lines within WST and FC Boards. Define and implement a new more effective board structure
- Task FC Board with ensuring a full review of Coaching set up and defining a plan to restructure coaching system to ensure gaps are identified and resolved
- Request the implementation of a formalised scouting network, overhauled youth system and the adoption of a player recruitment strategy
- Demand a spending review and prioritisation exercise. All non essential projects to be paused. Start, stop, continue activity conducted with all board members to agree what is needed and what is a nice to have
- Appoint a director of football as a full FC board member with responsibility to include youth set up/COE
- improve ecommerce offering to improve availability of offerings online
- new commercial department strategy. Make better use of facilities including events in function rooms on a full time basis to include live bands in cent, social functions, conference facilities etc. Randomly I wonder whether there is any way the suites could be used as wedding venues
- Significant improvements to match day experience, kiosks to be renovated, product quality and availability to be improved


There's quite a bit more that clearly needs work, I'd definitely try and make these priority items.

The most immediate thing is to get through to his highness , yes him of there's no one else can do this fame to relinquish his position . Of course if this Pete is not resigning or if his replacement is basically hand picked by you know who , you know things will just continue as they are . What the rest of the Board do i've no idea , they must be happy to be dragged along speechless and impotent , i doubt they have what it takes to do the necessary . So really it's pray .

Use of facilities was part of a strategy already.
How are we going to pay for it and run a first team that's competitive?

That's a good point first thing I thought when I read it, that's the limitations in a nutshell of fan ownership, bumbling along as we are begging for money.
