Ask the current board what exactly have we achieved under the current set up. When they come up with the right answer, nothing, ask them to step down immediately.

How are we going to pay for it and run a first team that's competitive?
You're right - my point should have said to create stretched goals in this area. I think it just needs more attention

Should pay for itself, however... Can we link with Coleg Cambria and their leisure and hospitality departments to source staff to run some elements of this on a apprenticeship scheme for example.

Could we rent facilities to private caterers at a fixed cost to host their own events?.

Nice to see old friends have popped in on here to add to the fun. However long lists of do this and that are far too serious. Yours however is one we must keep on the table . Not sure if Daffy will take on board but if Sunaks hospitality scheme could be extended to the Racecourse who knows we might get chips for 50p. (Free mushy peas would be nice as well)

- improve ecommerce offering to improve availability of offerings online
- new commercial department strategy. Make better use of facilities including events in function rooms on a full time basis to include live bands in cent, social functions, conference facilities etc. Randomly I wonder whether there is any way the suites could be used as wedding venues
- Significant improvements to match day experience, kiosks to be renovated, product quality and availability to be improved

There's quite a bit more that clearly needs work, I'd definitely try and make these priority items.
You would be an asset on the Board Luke.

percy - come on it was a genuine question. At least give it some thought and post responsibly. That is, if you're capable of doing that!

We have to work smarter, more efficient use of facilities and promote the venue. We also need to look for alternative revenue streams, whether that's an investor / benefactor or from a share issue (Constitutional reform)
More effort is required on the player recruitment side to ensure we get fitter, faster and savvy players who aren't just turning up for a paycheck. Some form of basic salary with enhanced bonus scheme based on league position and crowds.
Like Luke. This is a wish list but until we generate more funds we may be consigned(unless very lucky) to being in the National league for some time.

At last, something constructive. If you have put yourself forward then you have my vote.
