I think that is for the best. In a 4-3-3 you need full backs who can get up and down the line and put quality crosses into the box. Jennings ability to do that was declining with age.

Given the farce we've witnessed at RB that's lasted years and years I'd tend to agree. At his best he's certainly good enough but he is 32 and he'll only go one way now. Not gutted but not got any faith in Keates replacing him with better.

There will be literally hundreds of players available out there to find a replacement from.

No doubt this will pave the way for the return of Neil Ashton (it's the Wrexham way).

Wish JJ all the best for the future - had some good times and ones of the best communicators for post match interviews.

As we saw with Kevin Roberts, we need to replace these sort of players. Jennings did well enough in his time here that he'll be missed.
