No different to what is arranged for a team when its stadium is not ready for the start of the season so is a viable option at this stage given the current differences between Wales and England. One issue could be if the stadium ban remains in place in Wales as the season progresses. We would need to have an agreed Plan B.. either to play home games at a nominated ground over the border or play behind closed doors.
For a club that doesn't have a Plan A (or even a team!) we have reasons to be concerned.

I am neither loaded nor devoid of anything between the ears but if we are to improve we need to be able to sign the right players when the window opens on 27th July.
To do this we must start selling season tickets as soon as possible in order to generate income.
Regardless of the endless feud of who should be running the club the acquisition of players must come first.
I respect, but can't understand, the decision to withhold renewing season tickets as this can only result in cash not being available for 'the right players' without which we cannot improve our position thus prolonging the doom merchants wishes to see us wither and die.

Withholding season ticket purchases is the only way to drive the clique that now runs the club into looking for private investors.

A global pandemic, and on a loss of good will by a lot of fans..
Can't do much about the pandemic,. But getting rid of that... We're running the club, like it or lump it, might help

You would need a lot more fans to fail to buy Season Tickets than the minority on here.
Think the club should take ST deposits from interested fans even if it's at a starting level of £100 or 25% of the ST price.

I wouldn’t be so complacent as to think the growing list of the disalusioned is a tiny minority

Akin to the arrogance we’ve seen from the Board for so long

You're asking fans to buy season tickets for a season that their is a not a guarantee will start or if it does might not be finished again? Refunds are still to be paid for those fans who could not afford to let the club have it.

You and others calling for season ticket sales need to wake up to the new world we live in, where people are losing their jobs right left and centre, the furloughing will have to be paid back with higher taxes, Vat, we still have not a clue who we will be doing trade deals with, inflation expected to rise.

In summary a once well respected club languishing in non league obscurity possibly forever under clown control is well down the list for sensible people on the breadlines budgets paying out hundreds of pounds for season tickets.
