Seems clumsy to me to try and have an on line presentation on Zoom that members can discuss properly.

Am I right in thinking they now can’t do this due to section 307 of the Companies Act 2006 requiring 2 weeks notice to be given? Or am I missing something?

Rules say 7 days notice for board to call SGM.

Spoke to someone within the council yesterday in planning, he said the representative of Wrexham fc is impressionable and easily shown down the garden path by planning officers so they can get what they want pushed through, he sounds very easily led.
