If it is to be the proposed Groves training ground, it would be good for all the information to be made available to members before hand, so that proper thought may be given to it.

Spencer has killed this club, it’s blatantly obvious that the majority want change and we are looking for private ownership to take control. But Spencer hides behind resolutions that he chooses, taking whatever course he chooses, spouting ridiculous buzz words as he takes us to oblivion. The AGM should be about voting in the new owners, instead it will be a pointless and timely exercise masked as gauging opinion, whilst in the background it buys him more time to devote to the training ground development. The changes need to happen now, otherwise that’ll be another season wasted, more fans lost, another relegation

We're still waiting for them to answer the 80+ question NWD compiled and sent to them, in your own time lads.
‘We’ve heard enough from you’ was my favourite line, the gentleman was only asking a polite well worded question and people wonder why some don’t ask questions.

Believe it or not, this is not a one man club.
Resolutions for consideration which come from the club are decided on by a majority of the trust board.
All resolutions which are proposed by members are voted on.
Whilst some may not agree with the Rules, they were voted on and confirmed by the membership.
Members can change the constitution by 75% vote.
Some resolutions only require a 51% vote to be adopted.
Members have a choice.

Unless those resolutions are not supported by the board. Then it doesn't even matter if you win the vote!

QR, of the resolutions not supported by the board which have been passed, do you have any idea what percentage have been implemented? From memory I thought it was 0% but I may be wrong.

I understand that, these systems were voted on by a few people that attended meetings. The truth is most supporters have other things to be doing rather than worrying about running a football club, we put our trust in a select few. Never forget this is a fan's owned club, so why have we a situation where 25% of votes can prevent the change that the majority wish for, common sense tells you it's wrong.
You're basically asking people to follow a floored system.
What really needs to happen is people such as Spencer should be leading the call for change and pull the fanbase together, instead the guy has gone into hiding/furlough

Yes, but only about 100 hardliners will know about any resolutions and actually vote. The whole system suites a very small minority of politically motivated individuals, not the majority of the fanbase.
