Some do love a bit of intimidation. I don't know why people get scared of alternative opinion, free speech and challenge, its healthy and to be encouraged not dissuaded.

People in power should not fear scrutiny and those scrutinising should not fear retribution. Unless of course you don't believe in democracy or freedom of speech.... or have things to hide.

I had to leave the group when he put that bollocks up about yellow and red cards for people who stir things up or whatever he said. Couldn't hack it there anymore.
