If it was removed the land could be developed with luxury apartments facing Park Avenue and the council taxpayer of Wrexham would benefit. It is, indeed, mystifying why a council which admits it is cash strapped is handing over a prime development site in town. But the club will be a beneficiary. |

![]() Somethings not making sense here. The council could indeed turn this prime site into something generating revinue..
If they really want to get chummy with the club, find an agricultural flat site somewhere for the club to purchase.. And in time give it planning permission to develop it. .
