States in one section that a 3 year deal was struck in 2019 for the youths to use Colliers but states in the arguments for that must have suitable training ground facilities for youths ( as well as First team) ?
Also states that out of town training would be harder for the youths as do not drive-silly statement given assume most do not live in Wrexham city centre.

Presumably that's for once the Colliers deal runs out?

What is the obsession with having the training ground in the town centre? Our last proper training ground was in Gresford. It could be anywhere within the county surely?

18 months to sort the covenant out as a minimum...... that’s before any construction work would take place.

The club should of been looking for a permanent plot to develop since leaving colliers park - not years down the line. It’s all done in the usual church fete way....

The actual development seems reasonable compared to our current facility. I find it hard to believe this the best and only option. The presentation is more of a justification document from the board for us simpleton’s to read. We should be provided with a thorough, unbiased submission, not this utter tosh that somebody has written on the way home from school.
