I have just read the presentation with an open mind and I genuinely kept in mind the need to train somewhere when 9 Acre is no longer an option. However it is a really poor presentation, lots of financial assumptions that they haven’t backed up, lack of INformation on alternatives etc, lack of thought as to what happens when we quickly outgrow the footprint of the site
For me there isn’t the right level of detail to support this and the board need to come back with a better business plan to gain my support.

What is the drainage like at the groves. Will it be more suitable for football or growing rice.

300,000 on the building? Does that include the g equipment? I would of thought the cost with all interior would cost more than that.

Can we call it the Phill Wynn Training Ground?

Without the desire for a new school on the 9 Acre by his education department we would not be presented with this

On the other hand, his staff discount at B&Q might be the reason for the ludicrously low estimated build costs

As the WST have openly stated, they have about £200k in the bank, yet this plan requires (ridiculously undercosted) £110k minimum, not to mention we have no income for the next few months, not even enough players to hold a 5 a side game, and a reducing WST subscription.

Anyone involved in this shambles of a proposal should be embarrassed and ashamed, the numbers are fantasy, and its no wonder the board have guided us to into financial self destruction. Proposing this crap in a private company would get you sacked or demoted at the very least.

Pretty clear leading members of the board are more determined to implement "their" legacy....the "...board members name...training ground"...at the expense of the long term future of the club.

I'm so frustrated and furious with the continued arrogance and incompetence of the board, i'm actually swaying to the belief that administration is least worse way out of this slow painful spiral into oblivion...at least the current board will be the first to be shown the exit door, something they will never do by choice.

Hate to say it....but i genuinely think its true

Just seems ridiculous and pointless when the, much underused Colliiers Park.. a State of the art facility is 2 miles down the road. Is there no association whatsoever between the FA of Wales and Wrexham Football Club?
I have raised this issue before an there has yet to be a rational explanation as to why we train in a field when our national association has Premier League standard facilities on our doorstep.
Something does not add up here.. is it Wales FA or our board.. or both?

They say we can't use it in the daytime, because it is in use, when I've been passed the ground it's been empty.
