You could investigate why it's been offered at a peppercorn rent, or maybe even look at options on land which would require buying but gives better potential for expansion?

I know this doesn't fit in with the short-term small-thinking mindset though.

Ultimately though if they don't provide enough info to make a well informed decision then personally I wouldn't vote for it if I'm not confident in the plan.
In that case I would vote against it.

There are no answers if it's voted down..Just a handful of people who like moaning but don't have any other ideas and couldn't run a garden fete..but tell everyone else from their keyboard regardless ...I'm just a fan of the club with no allegiance other than the result on the pitch..Yet I've got to got to agree with the Jones comment 'can't call themselves Wrexham fans' if true..
Colliers Park belongs to the FAW not Wrexham..we have to leave Nine Acres..Groves is listed..it's a central location..WTF is the problem now ?
It is what it is now.. A club that has fallen on the pitch and any training ground for the community has to be a good thing for any future..Those who constantly moan on here are the same as any elite bunch running the show..The only difference is that the moaners wouldn't do anything or offer any viable options..It' like a forum for unhappy blokes not getting it with their wife anymore ......sad

You could argue "couldn't run a garden fete" applies to the current board, to be fair. I'm sure most people running garden fetes wouldn't have dreamed of producing or approving inaccurate sets of minutes, which apparently puts them a step ahead of our board!
