Colliers Park belongs to the FAW not Wrexham..we have to leave Nine Acres..Groves is listed..it's a central location..WTF is the problem now ?
It is what it is now.. A club that has fallen on the pitch and any training ground for the community has to be a good thing for any future..Those who constantly moan on here are the same as any elite bunch running the show..The only difference is that the moaners wouldn't do anything or offer any viable options..It' like a forum for unhappy blokes not getting it with their wife anymore ......sad
Its not down to anyone else but the board to look for alternatives. But as it is they are saying we need to do this quick and haven't even looked at other locations by the sound of it. But just tell people they cant be wrexham fans if they dont vote for it.

Why is it relevant that the Groves building is listed?

I think someone doesn't know what listed buildings are

And Pete doesn't know what precedent means

TNS and Bala have made use of it...
I reckon the cost of the groves would pay for a lot of usage over a lot of years for colliers.

Shouldn't alternatives be presented too? Are you telling us they've all been looked into? If TNS and Bala are able to make use of colliers why not Wrexham? I hear Man City are after new tenants for their former training ground. Bury had it for free and only had to maintain it, Barrow train in Manchester.

Plenty of alternatives but we all know they haven't been looked into, if the covenant isn't overturned what's plan B?

To those voting against, where do you expect a professional football club like Wrexham to train?
Added to the fact that we are paying just a peppercorn rent to train there.
Those voting against, are you really Wrexham fans?'
I dont know what the point is about Wrexham not playing in the welsh pyramid?

It would.make sense if there are lots of welsh pyramid teams wanting use of it at 10am in the week, which I dont think is the case

I think he is implying that because we're not in the Welsh league, the FAW doesn't owe us any favours in terms of giving us an affordable rate to use colliers.

The chairman of our club who knows all our history seems to forget that we are governed by the FAW who we have been so frequently reminded when awaiting player registrations and clearance.
