I was always taught if you want to be successful at something, make it your obsession and have it as your single objective until you've achieved it.

In Wrexham's case, forget about re-writing the constitution, forget about second rate training centres and forget about white elephant new stands.

Make the obsession getting the club back into the football league. The rewards associated with that will help pay for the vanity projects afterwards.

Keep fiddling around as you are doing and you will end up losing everything, as the patience of the fans is obviously wearing wafer thin and as football has certainly found out recently, its nothing without the fans.

Or join the WPL as a second prize! TNS made £855,000 following its European Cup 'exploits' last season!

'The presentation element calls out that the figures shown are the quotes provided by potential suppliers and are a point in time.'

With the costs being well under actually cost and people who know far more about such things as me saying the same.

Have all they've done is pop down to Huws Gray and price up material costs? Suppliers is an odd word to use rather than say contractors.

Also no mention of other candidate sites and the reasons why they were discredited, its as if they havent bothered to look...

Removal of a covenant can take up to 2 years, 18 months is very optimistic, last time I heard they had a huge backlog with cases taking up to 4 years. A fee of £15k is very optimistic too I'd be preparing to pay closer to double that.

I definitely read that too

They do have a consistent habit of going back and editing information

They've since stated there's no money ring-fenced for the training ground

I believe WCBC have been trying to remove the covenant for some quite considerable time. Don't hold your breath for completion in 18 months.
