You need to re read the constitution then. They are only allowed to take action to get back up to the minimum number of 12 members. That being coopt new members or call an EGM.
Any work they have done since March, including calling an EGM for the Groves is acting against their own constitution

This has turned into a board for the board. No consideration given to fans or members, voting against the Groves will stick a banana up their exhaust.
Pete Jones parting comments on a Fans site were just bizarre, along the lines of 'if you don't vote for the Groves your not a fan of Wrexham AFC' this coming from our ex-chairman.

They will push the Groves project through anyway. It is their club to do what they like with and they have proven that by acting without the required number of people on the board which goes against the constitution and acting against the constitution by pushing ahead with a disabled platform right in the firing line between the home and away supporters.

Anyone who stands up to them gets accused of having an agenda, gets threatened on social media and some have even had their workplaces contacted. It's tiring tbh.
