Not what I meant. If the council can’t build a school on 9 acre I thought it might have a knock on effect with us moving to old groves site

Having read the standard responses on the template letters I’m not sure any of them have any real grounds for objection in accordance with planning policy

Its yet another crazy decision by the council. The Penymaes site is roughly the same area as the nine acre and a school would fit in with the covenant- so less expense. There is already a tried and tested bus bay as well as entrance to the site. It would also be an improvement for local residents.

The Nine acre location for a school requires a long bus bay on the main Chester Rd which is busy morning and evening ( See the congestion on Pentrefelin at picking up time). The Penymaes site being safer than the Chester Rd site.

I would have been better if the club had retained the Nine Acre or part of it for a training ground. Another mismanagement of Council taxpayers money by the Education Dept.

Anyway the 'deed's been done and the town and club will have to live with it.

Sorry silly me.

It might be worth reading on Wrexham.Com about the planning meeting held this week relating to Glyndwrs housing site . It reveals the mess that Wrexham Council made with the Wrexham Village development.

You just couldn't make it up. Yet the councillors and officers involved then are still in post today !!!!!
