If they didn’t have enough board places couldn’t we just get Dixie a place on the board without even doing anything or is there some sort of eligibility rule to be on the board.

I hope the WST install at least 2 new faces onto the club Board, and they give a new impetus. We cannot go on as we are.

No sign yet of the prospective ‘new owners’ showing their faces. Do they exist? If they don’t, we will see over these next 2 meetings whether the WST are willing to change tack and become more inclusive. Sadly, I think swords have been drawn, and no quarter will be given from either side of the mêlée.

However where your post falls down is the issues you allude to as being responsibility to past wst members is not true. Loans and managerial appointments were made by the FC Board if which we can only expect one change (a replacement for John Mills).
If there is no further changes in FC Board personnel then I feel these issues will drag on and on.

Again, they should be released ASAP to allow members to digest everything. I suspect many of the resolutions will contradict each other, so I expect a bugger’s muddle rather than a clear vision to the golden uplands of Minera and beyond.

I imagine if the 5 resolutions pass at the SGM, it will make a lot of the other resolutions obsolete. They should all have been announced a long time ago though, even with an explanation this was the case

I like Rich but I don't think it's right to be able to buy your way onto the board. That said, he probably knows they'd never agree to it and therefore raises the question of why he can't be voted on.

It seems a bit ironic that he's seemingly not allowed to stand as a candidate for allegedly leaking information whilst the leaks seemed to continue long after he left the board. People are still on the board as if nothing happened after publicly saying that Bircham put money in and then took money out of the club without their knowledge, only to flip completely and state that they were aware of it. How is that sort of behaviour acceptable?
