Didn't we have that in Barry Horne? Who was ignored? Still can't get my head around the ego you must have to overrule someone like Horne.

I would suggest I'm the biggest critic of the clubs handling of "footballing matters" and yes I agree with you.

when I sat on the trust board the idea that one of us would make football decisions would be sold as the worst possible move for the trust. Its wrong and there is no logic for it.

Isn't it the club board rather than the trust board that makes football decisions?

So who on the current club board is qualified or experienced to make football decisions? Any of this lot?

I don't think we'd be able to bring in anyone more qualified than Horne sadly

You're right that the whole structure needs looking at though. Even if its just a case of having trusted former players/staff as consultants
